Lodging at Emmaus
If you register with on-campus lodging, we will have a room ready on our dorm floors. Lodging will be provided for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights to those with on-campus registration. Check out Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.
Dorm rooms are furnished with one or two single beds and a dresser. We provide the bed, linens, and meals. We do not provide towels, toiletries, or an alarm clock. Most dorms are not air conditioned. Single rooms have community washrooms; therefore, men and women will be on different floors. We do have a limited number of dorms that can accommodate married couples; children under 13 are not allowed to stay on-campus in dorms.
Some dorm floors are accessible by stairs only. If you have accessibility requests, please email isiregister@emmaus.edu.
Weather in Dubuque
Late May in Dubuque is typically comfortable with partly cloudy skies and scattered showers. Average daily temperatures range between highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s. Buffet-style meals are included in your registration fees and will be provided from Thursday dinner through Saturday lunch. The conference will formally end at 3:30pm on Saturday, May 16th.
Emmaus is about an hour and a half drive from the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and approximately three hours from O’Hare Airport (ORD). A shuttle service is available between Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and Dubuque Regional Airport on a limited basis through Anaman Concierge Service.
