Five Areas of Focus for the Future

The faithful partnership of God’s people has sustained the mission of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ – Educating and equipping students to impact the World for Christ – for over 81 years. Each year, Emmaus graduates launch their lives changed by the powerful Emmaus experience, by our uncompromised Bible teaching, and by the variety of professional and ministry-related programs of study that are available.
The core of who and what we are remains constant and unwavering, even as we serve a new generation of learners. Please pray with us as we seek to increase both our campus and online presence. I’ll briefly share five areas of focus for the near future:
- Enhance Programs for Students – Expand our Global Campus online program offerings; grow our health sciences; create a Master’s degree in Biblical Leadership; launch an Intensive English Program.
- Robust Athletics – Leverage alumni and high school networks; recruit and retain mission-fit students and coaches; continue to grow the Emmaus athletic brand.
- Improve Facilities – Focus on high-use areas: Glock Auditorium renovation, Pollard Fieldhouse upgrades, and campus infrastructure; eventually build out the top floors of Smith Hall, as we grow the campus community.
- Marketing Excellence for Enrollment – Expand regional awareness among Christian schools; increase national and international advertising and outreach; focus attention on national homeschool and local church connections.
- Increasing Endowment Funds for Enrollment – Provide robust financial support for deserving students; provide stability for the long-term future.
I continue to be highly enthusiastic about the future of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½! Only by God’s grace, and through the prayers and generosity of Emmaus supporters, can we achieve the above goals.
